Circulo de Puerto Rico, Inc. Announces our Noche de Gala 2019, celebrating Mother's Day and welcomes very special guests.

Join us in our 1st Noche de Gala and in our effort to raise funds for our charity programs, to include scholarships. Not only will you be helping a good cause, come together as a community, have fun and most of all will give a warm welcome to our guests here in the D.C area! You will also enjoy:
