Circulo de PR, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of the 2025-2026 CPRI Norma M. Holmes Education Grant doctoral stipend for Psychology students in the Department of Psychology, College of Sciences, at Virginia Tech University. This prestigious award will be granted in June 2025 to a deserving candidate.

Additionally, CPRI is proud to share that Dr. Jamie Edgin, Chair and Professor of the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech, has notified CPRI of the remarkable accomplishments of Allison Tovar, the 2024 awardee. Dr. Edgin shared that "Allison Tovar has done amazing work with the Norma M. Holmes Education Grant, and her efforts were recently recognized when she was named the OUTSTANDING Master's Student across the entire College of Sciences at Virginia Tech.
